Discover Inner Peace
The art of
floating.
Weightlessness, silence and deep calm on the still water of Mida Creek. Sun on your skin, the quiet ripple of the water, and nothing at all you need to do.
Sheltered water, ten minutes away
Sessions follow slack water
Salt water does all the work
No experience, nothing to learn
What Is Floating?
A return to stillness.
Lying back on warm, salt-dense water and letting it hold you completely. No effort, no equipment to think about, nothing to steer.
Guided by the moon, not the clock
We run ours on the sheltered water of Mida Creek, timed to the lunar cycle so the tide is slack and the surface is glass. Sun on your skin, the quiet ripple of water around you, and a stillness that is genuinely hard to find anywhere else.
Mida Creek is tidal, so get in touch with your dates and we will tell you which days and hours work.
Ask About DatesWhat Makes It Work

Why Float?
What people
take away.
Your body releases the tension it has been carrying.
The quiet lets ideas surface and thinking get clearer.
Eases stiff muscles and the aches after a hard session.
Deeper rest, often for several nights after.
Before You Book
Questions we get asked most.
01Do I need to be able to swim?
The water holds you and a guide stays with you throughout, but tell us how confident you are in water when you book so we can pick the right spot and tide.
02Why does the date depend on the moon?
Mida Creek is tidal. At slack water — the turn between tides — there is almost no current and the surface goes to glass. That window moves with the lunar cycle, so the best days shift through the month.
03What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, dry clothes and water. Reef-safe sunscreen, and honestly not much else — the point is to arrive with as little as possible.
04Can I combine it with something else?
Most people pair it with a SUP session or a Mida Creek excursion on the same day. Tell us what you fancy and we will build the day around the tide.
